Hi
Is the red top version on all WRX STI imports or is it only on certain models?
And what difference is the red top to a non red top version.

STIs from 1996 had the red inlet manifold from standard as well as a rev range upto 7500rpm as apposed to 7000rpm.

Anymore info, look here This has pretty much all of the info you could possibly need on Imprezas. It helped me when I was looking for one.

When i had the mitzi gto i had a complete manual on cd which covered just about everything for repairs etc , does anyone have or is there one for the subaru.

Don't think so, but the FAQ on the SIDC is just as good.

What year is your car? I have the one for Bugeyes. If not you can either download them from Emule or similar (so I'm told) or buy them for under a fiver on ebay (from someone who has just done the former option )
