Default It's not every day you get to work on an XJ220

So I thought I'd take some pics while I was at it.

The whole car has had a respray, so needed replacement decals for the sides and about an acre of stonechip protection film fitting

A bit of a flat underside


...until you get to the back end...


...now that's what you call a rear diffuser


Stop!


Stunning. Difficult to believe that this is almost 20 years old.


And finally, a bit of the job (the rest doesn't show on photos)

Nice mate saw one at MPH show last year,how big are those things....

Shame those brakes actually did very little to stop the XJ...still a gorgeous car though!

When they were developing it, apparently the Jag engineer hugged my boss at Mintex as they finally found something that could stop it - most other stuff was "lacking"

Just been lying low for a while... other things on. Up in Darlington this week so not going to make the EOM but hopefully next month...

Are you still making the bacon sarnies where I saw you? Never did get round the golf course maybe when the weather picks up...
