I'm no technical expert but there appears to me to be a couple of points to consider.
The Type-R is a very different car with a different engine to yours so I can't really see that ecu working.
The fuel pressure regulator may be OK but it does say in the ad "We do sell fuel pressure adapter for £9.90 including shipping if purchase along with our SARD Fuel Pressure Regulator. Available for All Toyota, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Honda, Mazda & Subaru cars" which would seem to suggest you need to buy another bit to go with it.

The Walbro says it's for a 00-08 and your car is a 95, dunno what if any difference there is but looks like you need a different Walbro for yours.

ECU 100% wont fit.
FPR should fit, as bgood says, you may need a couple of bits. I'd also do a parallel fuel rail conversion whilst you are at it.
Walbro should fit, ask the supplier if there is any difference between that and the 92-00 kit
