Thank You All
Well what can I say, yeah I know quite a lot
Can I start with thanking everyone for their kind words and support.
I would like to add extra special man love thanks to those who assisted not only me, but Jackie over this period it really means a lot to me to know I have true friends willing to literally go that extra mile or 30
Initially after the operation I was suffering quite a lot as my recovery did not go that well having to spend an additional 90mins in resus
I was morphed up to the eyeballs but at certain times of consciousness I got on SN on my mobile and did raise a smile at some of these post, a laugh would of certainly landed me back in theatre but none the less the memory stays with me.
The operation went well and as planned and they did manage to remove the gall bladder through laparoscopic surgery my bile duct did not need much reconstructive surgey this was the worrying aspect but fortunately all was well, so my recover time will be greatly reduced, albeit my stomach looks like a pin cushion.
I have to se the surgeon next week for bloods and prognosis, but it would seem it was a great success and 100% recovery and return to health is expected.
I am not overly mobile at the moment I’m still straining to do the littlest of things, however everyday I am getting better.
I am unable to sit at the pc for any length of time so please excuse my absence from other threads.
I am on the mend slow steady steps is the way forward.
As said above huge Thanks again to all for a multitude of reasons
Love

Great news Mick !
I hope it's all nice and easy from now on....
P.S. Off work for three days next week, if you need a "substitute" for real man-love you only have to ask...
