Has the above says, we are 17 days,away from the show at nostell,and we are doing the caravan this weekend,cleaning and packing it up, so can anyone that has any donations for the caravan please get them to me either at the meet or at our house at some point over the weekend, but what we need is for everyone to muck in, things are needing to be done now ready for the show so we can sit in comfort and dry if it decides to rain,.
What im really desperate for is someone to volunteer to make the bunting, the colours will discussed at the meet tomorrow, we also need some form of lighting for the qazeebo's so if anyone knows of anywhere that does outside lights that can be hung from the poles, i would be grateful if you could pick them up and you will get the money back, but keep all receipts,we have got the power supply sorted from either AET/Steve jackson which also need to be picked up or kindly brought by them...
What i have to get is....

1.The stuff from dave carter
2. Gas bottle
3. BBQ
4. Tables
5. Flag poles (GOT THEM)
6. Stands (GOT THEM )
7. Chairs.
8. Burners (GOT THEM)
9. Feet for caravan (GOT THEM)

Also this weekend we are doing a dry run of putting up the awning to make sure that all poles are there, so anyone wishing to help do this is more than welcome, i will also be organising the food for the event, which will be again from our local butcher, after the feed back i have had since blyton..
So come on guys and girls lets get this going and make this club what it is....

I can help, I still have all of the drinks and condaments for the BBQ which I'm sure you'll want. There are my two fold out chairs which you can use as well (so long as they're not gonna get burnt...Paul)

Its my weekend off so I can helo with the awning if needed.

I'm still pushing to get the display stands, I may end up just taking them so we should have for the show.

 

i would come and help but im abit car less for 2 weeks but if there is by any chance i can get over to help i will for sure

 

Doors are done ,took day off to get em machined out n edged n stuff ,so will be fine to start fitting down at yard first thing Sat morn..

Just over 60 quid and they'll all keep for all future events...

Like i say will need to order pretty sharpish to make sure we get them for show....

I,m not sure I can make this one....I was in hospital this Tuesday for an operation, which in the end got cancelled(no beds availiable) and the other dates given me are around the show date, you are more then welcome to the generator I supplied for Blyton ....but you may have to collect from my unit, I will try and make the eom meet to organise this but if not Al has my mibile number.

Right as discussed last night the caravan cleaning will go ahead tomorrow at ours at 10am, sticky has kindly said he will drop the stuff from the unit at our house ready to get it cleaned and packed,, then we can go through the check list to make sure we have everything in order for the coming events,,,Bacon butties anyone,,, .DEBS x

Yes we are back from our jollies...

We went out today and got the following items for Nostell

1. All the lighting for the gazebo
2. Metal stakes for the bunting
3. Blue dye for the curtains in the caravan (to be done tomorrow at Debs Gaff)
4. Blue throwovers for the seats inside the caravan

Bri has phoned Matt to organise picking all the stuff up from his on Monday or Tuesday ie;Barbie,gazebo,chairs etc which we will drop off at Debs and Pauls.

BRING ON NOSTELL AS IT WILL BE FAB...

Bunting ? whether we are making it ourselves or ordering it, this needs to be decided quickly, ordering it will take time and making it will take longer,

I will go to country baskets and get balloons is it just blue & yellow or shall i get white as well? I am over that end next week on appointments....

Are we interested in Helium this time to make them stand up if so they have a supplier at Radio Aire I can ask for a quote for it they send big cannisters....if we use Helium then we can give the balloons away to the kids throughout the days...

I did look at scotts link yesterday and emailed the man about a bit of discount for the bunting but he will not budge on the price just on the postage..So i dont know what to do because we will need about 100 foot or so and that will work out at £60.30 or so what do people think...?AND WILL 100 FOOT BE ENOUGH..????

160 foot would be.£85.75
