Not wanting to step on the events organisers toes, but I've had the info sent through for this so thought I'd stick a post up.

Sunday 6th July is the JAPS show at Thoresby. The event is for the Sunday only (10am-4pm) but we can camp over, with arrival anytime from 2pm on the Saturday.

Tickets are £7 on the day, but the organisers have asked if we can let them know how many people we have attending. Advance ticket sales are just £5 each. If you want an advance ticket at £5, please see me before or at the EOM to pay me the money. I'll send a cheque off on the Friday after the EOM.

Could say about 1.00pm on the Sat at Ferrybridge, then straight down A1...

 

We cant do 1pm as we work till 2.30pm on a sat..and if we set off that early all the guys will be pi$$ed up by 4...if you lot still want to go at that time we will follow later....

Can someone please tell me how the van is getting to the show as we will need it saturday....

 

Thats probably something to discuss at the EOM and make arrangements. Although given the small amount of cars down to attend, maybe we could just use the marquee?

 

And how do we boil the kettle and make all the food if it raining and we gas everyone out with the bbq like we did at the NBO....
