Yup. Welcome to Britain. What a great place it is. Police powers reduced to naff all as they fill out endless paperwork to appease the doo gooders and spend millions on scameras to catch the unwary speeder whilst druggies and robbers go about knowing that the non existent and patchy justice will give them another 6 points on a licence he doesn't have....

Unfortunately you'll end up with nothing as the costs to drag his destitute uneducated parents through the courts will be nothing but grief. The little ****** will end up crying he's bored with nothing to do as we pump millions into turning this place into a breeding ground for losers and wasters who scrounge and sponge off the tax payers because they'll earn more for having 8 kids than they will for working...

After all that... Give Grant a call and he may be able to sort you something out...

glad you are ok brett, sorry to hear about the car...

I had a similar incident when a kid threw something off the bridge on the ring road not a good experience.....

you would have been better off giving him a good hiding instead of informing the police has you wont get any cash for it.

Helen had her windscreen smashed driving up Tong Road when she was 39 weeks pregnant She was shaken up but thankfully OK. Reported it to Plod and they said they'd had a few reports of similar incidents in that area and were investigating. never heard anything though

Glad you're OK.

Only prob is that you'd need plenty of KY or similar for where you'd end up

If it had happened to me I think I'd need the Ky.....

bloody tw@ts, there is no deterent for people these days.
Sad thing is if this kid ant been in trouble before he will only get a caution.
Be very lucky if he actually has to pay for it.
There is no respect for people or property these days, people arent even scared of or respect the police as the government and human rights have taken away all the powers. Cant even give ******* a slap without risking loosing your job.
I got assaulted at work two weeks ago and the Crown Prossecution wouldnt even run it as they said it was part and parcel of the job and I should expect to be assaulted. Was assaulted again in hudds at work, got sent to some numptys at a club who pulled knifes and twatted a bar stool round my leg, stammped on it ripping muscle and ligaments, locked them up but not holding my breath on anything happening

Sadly Simon....

You should be armed IMHO.... well at least with a "cattle-sized" TASER to take the feekers to the cleaners with.

This where most of my rants have been directed at. The Government.

The PC and Human Rights brigade are just doing what they feel is right because that's how they operate. The Government are there to balance the views of these and the other side of the coin like the BNP etc.

They've not done a good balancing job and we now have a situation where scum are taking advantage of the fact that nothing really harsh is dished out. Qcuik slap, £50 fine and away they go. Getting stopped by Si is a career hazard.

Respect has gone. Of course there's always been a lack of respect from certain fronts, but that's now widened to the streets in general and not confined to some Gypsy camp or rogue family.

There really has to be a step change in the way Human Rights are assessed, it been said for at too long that the crims and scum have got more rights for being arrested and charged than any victim has.

Will Bret get recompensed? Will he hell. He'll be forgotten as a statistic, whilst social services spend another load of tax payers cash 'helping' these people sponge from the state. They'll be given help and opportunities whilst Bret is out of pocket.

And the Government wonder why they're getting such a drubbing? BLAIR caused all this. Pure and simple. His pious religious beliefs have paved the way for the trouble we have now.

Ill sort it out for you for £200 (the kid)

Ill be honest mate, I wouldn't go to the old bill for stuff like this these days because of what you have had to put up and the end result, your quite right also about if you did anything yourself, it would be you who got your collar felt and nicked, but tbh, if you have any inkling of where the little ****** lives, or hangs around, Id be tempted to go and have a "wander" with a couple of mates....more than one way to skin a cat, just think, all that money you'll have to fork out can be taken out on his head and body

I hope he does mate honestly, theres a little git who lives near us who's taken a liking to kicking the ball into the garden and onto my Evo's bonnet, now he has half a ball....lol...I actually felt a bit of a **** for doing it, but 8 times in one day was stretching my non-existant patience very thin..
