If anyone is available to tow the caravan to Blyton, please pop your name on this thread, if no-one comes forward then we will have to ship down the gazebo etc in cars on the day

in my opinion, i think we should concentrate on getting a tow ready for the other show, we can always trog down the gazebo etc. to blyton for one day

also, what are everyone's thoughts on food? last blyton we charged a extra nominal amount for non-wyiocers for food, are we planning on the same again this time around or are we saying take your own?!?!

 

morning, i think that last time run as smooth as owt, so it should apply to all blyton's.....but that's only my opinion, Debs...

 

I don't mind taking the majority of the stuff across in the Fezza. Is it just the BBQ and markee going?

 

You'll not get the markee in the Festoon matey. There should be room in my van for it though.

u need to be at my yard sometime friday before 5.00pm,iam away early sat morn and can't do nawt friday night cos i'am working on mi car...but someone will have to let me know what is happening cos i need to pull the van out into the middle of the yard, i'am in and out the yard all day,,,busy busy busy...

 

Realistically, what do we need?

I dragged the markee down there last time only for it to not get used. The portakabins at Blyton did a good enough job last time, so isn't it a case that we only really need the BBQ and gas?

 

Can we be sure that the porta cabins are still there though...

righto... we dont know if the cabins are still there or not, and we dont have a tow for the van so the only choice we have is to lug stuff in cars. think we should take the gazebo and bbq as basic items, note there will not be a kettle nor anywhere to lig out. but as we're in summer we should be craving pop and ice creams.

can we organise bodies to visit the crafts to pick up bits and bobs please tomorrow (thursday 14th?) otherwise you'll all be having pack up!!!
