Calling their bluff!?
You might remember a while ago that I had problems with 3 about owing some money that I dont owe well..........its still going.
Ive now got a letter from the debt collectors stating that legal action will be taken against me.
Ive tried the debt company direct,3 direct, ofcom and citizens advice (booked up for 3 months) and got absolutely no where,do I just call there bluff about going to court or shall I pay them (the last resort)
Im sick to death of them, any help would be apprieciated

£600 alot of money imo i wouldnt pay let them take you to court if it isnt you who owes the money and if you have proof ,alot of the times companies just do a search to see if there is anyone in an area with the same surname and try and bully that said person.
this happened to my partner she had an unusual surname with no one with the same surname in the area yet we got a letter demanding payment for someone in west yorkshire and we are in east yorkshire .
so might be a case of mistaken identity as other peoples stuff always ends up on your credit report
