Love this road so i thought i would share this picture of a resent visit to the pass.

 

Lovely They closed it this week due to flooding, with several cars stranded

Giving the Lakes a miss this year, but will be up there for my 40th next year

 

Is that looking down the pass towards Brotherswater...

Best place in world for me there....

Was there two weeks ago for weekend,hoping to go back for christmas....

When we were there the rpass was closed over night due to flooding , down near the queens head...and we had a power cut in the bar ,due to water i think,waas drinking by candlelight for a bit,just ace....

Here's a photo of what i think is one of best views in lakes ...
