But surely by posting that you've ignored it you are doing exactly the opposite?

There's everyone else doing as requested and really ignoring it, then you come along and blatantly anti-ignore it.

 

But how am I supposed to let her know I've ignored it thought I was being courteous and neighbourly by letting her know I'd ignored her... I mean, really ignoring her is a little ignorant...

But you telling me I'd anti-ignored her when you had really ignored her means that you are now in the anti-ignore camp... with me... both ignoring her.

At least we can work out HOW we could have ignored this thread better...

It was being ignored perfectly well until you came along and stuck your anti-ignore oar in.

I am still ignoring the original post, as requested. I do however feel that you lack of ignorance needs a better explanation than the one you have given. Simply dragging me into the anti-ignore camp will not suffice!

It was being ignored perfectly, but I added a little courtesy to the ignorance. I guarantee Lynz didn't want to be ignored. It was a plea in the dark... a cry for someone NOT to ignore it.. So I anti-ignored it.

Giving her the attention lifeline that she so obviously wanted.

She may have been on the edge.... I may even have saved her life. In fact she's awfully quiet at the moment... letting the drugs wear off no doubt.

Though I'll ignore her when she does finally post to thank me...she'll like that touch I think... Like we ignored Ian.... I think that's also a nice touch on an ignore thread.

If we all ignore her when she does post, that will be an Anti-anti-ignore and will go some way to re-establishing the continuum... restore the order as it were... a bit like Heroes... but without the heroes...

I'm ignoring this totally now. Not even gonna post in here to say that I'm ignoring it. My ignoringness dial is set to 11, and the wires connecting it to the 2AA batteries is getting a little warm. Uncomfortable? Yes, but when asked to ignore something one can only do one's best to comply.

 

That means I have no one to ignore.
We've done well to ignore the other people who've posted.... so this puts me in an awkward position that I may have to ignore myself...

Well, never one to let the chance of being ignorant pass me by, I thought I'd let you all know that I'm ignoring this thread, and have done for some time. Furthermore any posts in reply suggesting that by replying you can prove you're actually ignoring the thread just shows how ignorant you are! I tried to join the burgeoning list of anti-ignorers, but they just ignored me.

Sticky, as a true pro when it comes to ignorance (so I fully expect you to ignore this), I feel the current feeble attempts to anti-ignore the thread by other people are falling well short of our exacting ignorant standards.

I expect further weak attempts at gaining some form of authority on the subject, but will (in keeping with the fine traditions of our society) ignore them.

That was very good, young Jedi. That would have made mere mortals look down their posts and check their times... not me...oh no.

Being at the top of my game and a Master Ignorant, I simply ignored it. Therefore it failed. 6/10 though. Which is generous.
