Scanning pics into the pc today I found a pic from when I was a kid...

thought I'd lost it but it turned up today...

this guy was and still is to my my all time hero, did kung fu for 10 years in the late 70's to 80's and every wall in my room had a one of hi pics on it.

 

OMG .......For those who appreciate Martial Arts will pay homage to the great man himself. It was he who got me into martial arts - and inspired me to win the inner London tournament and silver in the Open Kent championships. I had a massive poster of him on my wall when I was a kid.

BL took martial arts to another level. Cannot believe you have the actual signature of the great man.

 

Me too, if you of a certain age along with Evil he was on everyone's wall, my Dad lived in California in the early 70's and attended a karate school he got it in 73 when BL was in LA I think. I had a signed pic and a black belt of a guy called Bill Wallis, he went to train at his gym in the 70's for a while, he was a karate fighter who was well known at the time if your into Karate... i think they're at my mums can;t can't find thm here. DOH...

 

its a shame about this man he was top of his school in all aspecks of Martial Arts ,and he made some amazing films. rip bruce lee but never forgotten .

Have to admit the other "master" I looked up to was "Bolo Yeung" - see attached link. He was nuts in Tiger Claws. I liked the way he fought....he never looked at his opponent when landing his killer blow
