well as its been a week now since i picked up my latest little purchase,i thought i better introduce her.as many of you will know my blue sti has now gone to scooby heaven and i have spent the week stripping the car down to the shell.i have swapped a few things over from my blue one like wheels,detangoed headlights,debadged grill,splitter,perrin wing stiffys.when i get a bit more time i will fit the buckets,harnesses and a few more bits.it has really broke my heart to do this as for the past 5 years i have spent all my hard earnt making it into the car i have always wanted.but due to dealing with the wrong people to have an engine built that would last longer than 5 minutes this is what i have had to do.anyway i hope this will be a fresh start and things will now start to pick up and i can now finally enjoy driving a scoob again.anyway thats enough of that heres a few pics.












when i opened the boot are lass took one look and said where the bloody hell am i going to put the shopping.

you have read my mind,the plate is being changed back to standered as from today as the lad i bought it from has kept it,but i have been looking at buying a plate for myself.gotta do a bit a saving first though.

thanks for the comments guys.well i took a day off today to get out and give it a good old run.went down to hull then headed over to brid,then over to scarborough.nice and steady as you do.thought i would blow a few cobwebs off her on the way home so i flicked the switch over to 2bar boost.to say thats the best drive home from the coast is an understatment.it was so good that i managed to give are lass a nose bleed,it was pooring out and i still had a couple of caravans to overtake so i had to pull in and get the baby wipes out.i thought she had got used to my driving by now..anyway all in all its been great to be able to get back into a car with a bit of go and not have to worry about it breaking down or having to fill it up with oil everytime i fill up with petrol.could just do with a shell tanker following me about though cos she's a bit thirsty.
