Team Dynamics Pro race 1.2 17" wheels and Toyo R888 tyres SG compound
Wheels and tyres up for sale - both were brand new April 2016. They have done 5 sprint/hill events where they get an average of 4 runs an event - length of event 1-2 miles so approx 30 miles of use.
Wheels are 17x7 5x100 ET50, tyres are 225/45 R17 in SG compound and scrubbed in nicely - see pics
The tyres in my opinion (and that of Toyo Technical dept) are the softest tyres available that are in list 1B of the MSA blue book (for competing in Roadgoing Production class in MSA sprints and Hillclimbs). These were the only size available for the start of the season (my preferred 16" size out of stock) so these were purchased as well as the wheels so I could compete and defend my BARC title.
Although they are 225 the tyres are huge, very wide and the wheels needed this offset to squeeze under classic Impreza rear arches. Rear arches need to be rolled and coilovers required.
Reason for sale?- Too large a rolliing circumference for the tight tracks I am focussing on. Fine for the circuits like Hethel and Snetterton (these tyres set class records there) but I am off boost for too long on the super tight corners the hills have. The 16" version are in production and should land in the UK anytime soon, so I'm biting the bullet and selling the 17" and swapping for 16s.
Wheels and tyres retail both at £550, once delivery and fitting are accounted for these were £1150 a few months ago..
£375 for the wheels, £375 for the tyres, £700 for both

Hi still or sale, sorry not been on here for a while
Its only the Toyo 888R that are very wide for a 225/45/17, I doubt there will be any issues with other 225/45, or to be absoluetely sure 215/45 will be fine

Still for sale
I have since used these at one sprint where gearing is better suited than the 16" - they have seen 10 miles of track action at Hethel since the pics were taken - and still look the same!

Centre bore is 73.1mm which will fit all 5x100 subaru hubs.
Haven't tried them over brembos but can test fit one on a local one here if you wish.
