Default PFC Discs and pads Bedding in

Hi

Have fitted my new PFC 2 Piece front discs and Z rated pads, plus rear Z rated pads to old grooved discs, can any one recommend the correct bedding in procedure?

Thanks

most important part is that you do NOT come to a stop at any time during the procedure and allow everything to cool back to normal by a sedate cruise for 5miles or so............bear in mind traffic conditions and any emergency in front of you obviously!!!

also do NOT undertake this method with std discs due to the fact that PFC rotors are specifically heat treated to withstand this type of "bedding"

How would you modify that procedure to take account of standard discs Alyn?

depends on the exact use but in general for a road based car you would need to use "reasonably" for 100miles or so (no aggressive ABS type stops or long high temp scenarios) and then gradually increase the temp/pressure over another 50miles 'ish

use at will at this point
