Default blobeye wheel sizes

anyone know what size wheels (width wise) I could get away with an a blob sti (non wide track) with Tein S Tech Springs.. I know 9.5 are too wide and will rub. pics would be good too if poss

My road wheels are 18x9 et35 with 225/40 tyres I'm running fairly low so arches have been rolled but probably wouldn't be required if only lowered a bit
