Question P1 alloys

Weird question but has anyone got a picture of 17'' Subaru p1 alloys on 225/45 tyres?
I have 215 40 on my mine but there to low profile for my liking and I need 2 new tyres. Thinking of going 225 45 to fill the arches abit better and give it abit of a wrc tarmac looking setup.

Thanks in advance

Look forward to seeing the pic's , I think 45s would save me from potholes too lol.
Thinking about fitting a set of run flats and ditching my spare wheel aswell.

7", not sure if 225s would make for a good drive as recommended size for a 7" rim is 215

Yeah your right it is 7", what would the effects be from fitting a wider tyre?

Hi fella, got some photo's just now. not the best as it's dark and the car is slightly raised on axle stand's as finishing under-sealing. Will get some proper ones sorted as soon as

They do look a fair bit wider on the alloy, bit like goodyear eagle F1's with there rim protector style.

I havent driven on them so cant comment on that part yet.

Thanks for the pictures.

I don't think im going for the 225 45 as they look to big for these rims. I think if they were someone like speedline st2's I could get away with it.

Cheers
