Got to agree that a true budget tyre doesn't belong on a performance car but if you shop around then you can get a good performance tyre at a budget price, depends on how much you want to pay?

Thats not a bad budget. I'm running Falkens that cost £95 each and can't fault them.

£520 will get you some very good tyres.
I just payed £230 for a set of NS2r's which are in a budget price but seem to be rated as a good tyre. I guess I will find out how good when they're fitted.

I've found the Falkens to be good in dry and wet weather. I've had 2 different sets, the FK452's and i think i am running ZE917's at the mo. Obviously this is just my opinion and with my style of driving which is fairly spirited in all conditions!

Semi slicks but supposed to have great wet grip although I was told they might need a bit of warming up to get the best out of them

This is a budget tyre on a par with a Pirelli zero nero had them on a year good in the wet good in the dry and average on damp which I find with most tyres. Well worth a punt if you are on a budget.

The 452 has been replaced by the 453 I believe so there might not be much stock of 452's left anywhere.
