2pot anti squeal shims

hi guys just bought two pot calipers for my classic. Are the shims worth fitting?

on my 98 classic, 1 pot rear calipers, my shims fell out and the squeak was unbearable, in my opinion deffo worth putting them in, new ones in and pads greased up, sweet as a nut now,
