ABS Brake Judder Steering Wheel Shake

ABS Brake Judder Steering Wheel Shake
Hi All,
I have a 2010 Impreza STI Hatchback.
I have recently replaced my disks & pads with Godspeed ones.
This was following a Juddering while under braking on the standard ones.
Unfortunately after running in the disk & pads it was apparent that the issue was still there.
So, I took it to Subaru. Who after driving it and lifting it up decided that the new disks were warped and all of them needed replacing with OEM at a cost of £2015 for parts only.
I decided to get back in touch with Godspeed who were fairly sure that their disks wouldn't be at fault and wanted to do a DTI check to confirm this. (something maybe Subaru should have done)
A DTI check did confirm that the disks were perfect.
As there was no judder under accel or cornering and wheel bearings and shafts felt as tight as a nun's badger... I knew it must be something to do with the braking system and decided to pull the ABS fuse.
Sure enough, no more judder! Thanks Subaru!
So my first question is; How do i work out which part of the ABS is causing the fault. there are no warning lights.. so would it show up which part \ sensor it was if the diag thing Subaru uses was connected?
2nd question is; can i run the car in the meantime without the ABS fuse? Will it affect the DCCD?
Thanks in advance.

Well after thinking i had found the issue by removing the ABS fuse, it returned.
A trip to scooby-clinic later and they deduced that it had killed another set of disks, so replaced the godspeed ones, this time with pagid's for £540.
Initially it appeared resolved... but 1000 miles later and it judders more than ever.
At the end of my tether now with this thing
Can anyone help me out of my subaru rutt?

You would think so wouldn't you...
But yesterday scooby clinic put some known good calipers & disks on it, the issue was still there.. so some more brand new disks (non-grooved this time) were fitted and straight away the car still judders under braking... Awaiting further developments now as I've left it with them.
Does anyone know any more about this ABS tone ring?

Have the callipers been stripped and inspected? Also the lines bled ? work your way backwards from Disks / Pads / Callipers to ABS to fuses ect I would be very surprised if the lads at scoobyclinic cant diagnose it

It it possible you have a slight deformed hub or bearing problem that's accentuated by braking? Id also assume the discs were warped, very odd.
Can you narrow it down to any one side?
