jack car off the ground not too high make sure if safe to lie under car, use a lump hammer and block of wood to protect inside rim and go around rim and hit it like a ba*tard,no tapping. (turning wheel as you go!).
put a piece of old carpet on the ground just in case wheel jumps off to save alloy from damage.
clean both surfaces and smear with copper slip grease,so next time you wont have to fanny about.

Once you have the nuts off put one back on loosely then...kick the fcucker at the bottom on the tyre

Are they freshly painted or powder coated wheels you're removing for the first time?

Loosen wheel nuts and drop off jack, or just drive a meter, don't loosen the nuts too much, just a turn off fully tight so it breaks the rust seal,
Use more copper grease when you put it back on lol.

Had this on an old bmw once. Only way I could get it off was levering with a long steel bar. Don't get underneath when doing this!
