Default Blob 18" Alloys - Offset and width

What is the correct offset for the blob?

Also what size wheel works on a lowered car? Is it 7.5" or 8"

I have the Xxr wheels are the moment..

Thanks

Offset (ET) will always depend upon chosen rim width

OEM MY05 Impreza STI tyre/wheel sizes
225/45R17 90W
17 × 8JJ ET 53 PCD 114.3

What size are your current XXR 527's? you seem to be not able/want to supply this info looking at your other wheel posts.

Thanks... :-)

what would be the offset for a 8.5" wheel? just having a look at the Bola

https://scoobyworx.com/bola-b1-alloy...ch-14857-p.asp

however seem very similar to the Rota drift Tyres?

I run 18 x 8 et47 on my blob spec non widetrack.235 40 18..et 35 is to low et 45 to 55 is around the best.xxr dont make this offset. hence why there are alot of stretched tyres.also im on tein coilovers.

width, offset + tyre size. 225/40 should be fine (dependant on ride height) but will look stretched.

Any pictures of how it looks?
