Default 2001 WRX ABS Issues

Hi All!
Ive been chasing my tail for a while now trying to fix an ABS issue on my WRX and hopefully someone more used to Subaru's will know the answer!

The problem:
When I press on the brake the ABS is constantly activating (no light on)
After a little bit of driving and braking like this the ABS light comes on and stops it from activating at all
ABS light then stays on which means I cant get an MOT (Or more importantly a safe to drive car)
Pedal always has pressure

Things I've replaced/ checked:
All ABS sensors replaced
Front ABS tone rings replaced
Rear discs are fairly new so the rings on these will be fine
ABS pump replaced (2nd hand from eBay)
All callipers are free and moving fine (rebuilt them about a year ago as well)
Bled the brakes through more times than I can remember
Bearings seem okay? (at least i think they do, they arent noisy)

Ive since downloaded ROMRaider to try to read some live data but cant find the right ECU definition for my ECU anywhere (2001 Bugeye WRX Estate, EDM)
Ive run the ABS diagnostic terminal trick to read the flashes and these come up (all abnormal ABS sensor signal)
22-Front right sensor
26-Front left sensor
24-Rear right sensor

Any ideas if theres a junction point i should be checking for these 3 sensors that could be damaged maybe? Or any help/ ideas for me to look into would be great!!
TIA
