What brake fluid and other questions?

Car P1, Prodrive 330 mm brake upgrade. Just about to have Goodridge SSU0201-4P braided hoses fitted front and rear and I have three questions:
1 Is this the right Goodridge kit for the P1?
2 Where can I get the bracket to stop the master cylinder moving under heavy braking, and how much?
3 What brake fluid should I ideally use?
P1 is mainly used on the road but very occasional track days are envisaged.
