Just upgraded the RE011's for the first time to Toyo Proxes T1-S.
Seems to be a drone at higher speeds, do these produce more road noise than the RE011's???

I've just swapped from standard Potenzas to Toyos and am not particularly impressed. They feel like jelly compared to the Bridgestones yet are on 17 inch wheels rather than 16s and so have a smaller sidewall. You can even move the tread around with your fingers...

Generally grip is ok but they wallow around on the rim too much for me and that droning noise at high speed is already driving me crazy. Goodyears next i reckon.

When I changed from standard Bridgestones to 215/40-17 Toyo's I noticed :- Quieter, better turn-in, better grip all round. Definate improvement! I have noticed, however, small surface cracks in the rubber at the edge of the tread. Anyone else have these?
