help with direction of tar-ox 40 groove

is this the drivers side,i.e. going clockwise?

Don't quote me but i believe that you can put them on with the grooves facing either way. I think the theory goes sommat like this - If the groves face forward, braking will be slightly improved over rear facing, at the expense of a bit of pad wear.
Can anyone confirm this?

the correct installation of such a disc is when the groove hits the brake pad on the outer side first. (instruction that came with my prodrive discs)
