Let me see. You will need to have bells made up, caliper mounting brackets made up, braided lines made up and then discs. The mounting brackets are made to fit the size of the disc that you want/can fit under the wheels. ![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)

STi7 brembos use the same calipers and disc diameters as Evo's. Probably easier to find someone with an STi7 who's upgraded and buy his old brembos. More chance of the discs fitting without modded bells, calipers fitting the uprights without brackets ect etc.
But then how many STi people are bothering to upgrade?

Also be aware that the brembos on an STI7 do require a lot of wheel clearance.
As far as OE wheels go, the ones fitted to the STI7 are the only ones that clear the brembos. The diameter isnt so much the problem, more that the disc has a very shallow offset, which puts the caliper very close to the wheel.
Even the MY01/02 17" WRX alloy will not clear the STI's brakes.

If you're going to go to that trouble, wouldn't you fit something better than OE quality kit? If someone has Evo kit spare, it suggests they upgraded the Evo.....why did they upgrade?!

Hi guys,
havent been in here for a while.
I bought Evo brake calipers for a fair price, so I'll fit those.
The discs wont fit, never I said I was going to use Evo discs!
STI SIZE brake discs and those calipers sounds ok to me.
Evos upgrade brakes because they fade (not enough cooling) and because the caliper isnt that good. But it's much better than standard scooby stuff, so why not do it cheaper?
