Unhappy

Is the steering column in a MY94 UK Impreza Turbo of the collaspable type & would it be possible to collapse this slightly or move the top bearing by being to rough ? I.e Removing the steering wheel by hitting the column shaft, Had this done & the steering now feels very heavy & the Column cowl Catches when turning. Any Ideas.

Cheers

Dean

Exclamation

Fitted a second hand unit from Grade A, The top of the splined shaft on the old unit was a Whole 1/2" shorter than the new one, So if your removing your wheel, Get a puller or be really gentle. You have been warned.
