Wich tyres for Track-Road ????

As above, I have now the GSD3, a very good tyre but a little on the soft side for track driving...Personally I find the sidewalls too soft, the outer edges of the tyre wear faster then the middle part.
Also, I think that the V profile is not so good as the pattern like that on F1 tyres ( diagonal grooves, like pirelli Pzero Nero)
Anyone have some personal advice, because trackdriving is a sort of addiction from me...

Why don't you try a road legal slick like the Dunlop DJ01's which I'm having fitted tomorrow!
I do about 10 track days a year and the scoob is my second car so I use it know and again on the road, in 10 track days I've gone through 3 sets of Goodyears and to be honest I don't think they're really up to it...so I've decided to try the 'Cut Slicks' and see how they last!!
215/45 - 17 cost about £115.00 each!
