Got a mate with a 95 WRX, he needs new brkaes all round, he does not have monster money available, what is a good upgrade ??

The easiest is the subaru 4 pots with a different disc, it will have improved braking over the 2 pots that are already on there and give some scope for upgrading further to the likes of a godspeed kit in the future, i think you could possably pick up the calipers for around 200 quid, 300 with discs, plus new discs/pads so well within spending money for brake upgrades (you need 16 inch wheels for the subaru 4 pots though)
