Can anyone offer me any help

I have a Sport MY00 - x reg and am in need of new brakes as they are making some horrid noises.

Not knowing much about cars i am baffled by the mentioning of "2 pots, 4 pots , big brake upgrades etc "

can anyone give any geniune advice on what the car can use or needs. Money is pretty tight but obviously brakes are important.

As for wheels i am running on Team Dynamic 17".

As always your help is appreciated.

Your hubs are the same fitting as the turbo models so the starting point would be the 2 pots off the early turbo , You have single piston calipers fitted now with 260mm discs , The early turbo has 2 piston calipers and 277mm discs , the later turbo's had 4 pot calipers and 294mm discs , Up from there you can fit up to 335mm discs with bigger four pot ca;lipers but with it goes a bigger hole in your wallet

Cheers Ian , hope this helps , email me if you want any more info
