Question How long to bed in a full set of new Eagle F1's ?

they still feel a bit 'smeary' around fast bends and seem to be a little sqirmy under power (300bhp+ mind you)

how long til this fades?
the toyos I had previously never 'smeared' around corners, but were admittedly well worn in

I'm not fully happy with F1's until they've clocked up close on a 1,000 miles, but most of my miles are on the motorway, so that may be why they take longer for me.

Bedding-in takes a few minutes - just enough to rub the release agent off the tyre surface. In the dry, tyres get better with wear, but that's because the tread depth is reduced. New tyres always squirm because the trea blocks re so flexible.

Mine took about 300 miles to really feel sorted - mind you, the roads have been sooo greasy .....
