Default Fitting new discs, hoses and pads

Okay I have done this before but never on a Subaru.

I have Group N discs and pads and goodridge hoses to fit to my MY00 classic. Any tips (take it to a garage :-)),special tools and specific dos and don'ts?

New DOT5/6 whilst I'm there the cars done 48k so I guess the fluid is changed every 30k?

Thanks

Mark
