Default Squeaking & Creaking Discs !!!!

My drilled and grooved DBA Gold front discs have cracks around every hole on both sides of the car (I am sorting a refund etc). When braking or driving along in a straight line there is no judder, vibration or anything that you can feel or hear. Turn the steering wheel to the right and it makes a horrendous noise. Not just scratching/rubbing as if the pads were low, but creaking and squeeling. Its worse when turning very slowly, lots of creaking and twanging !! but not much scratching and rubbing. There are NO scratch marks on the discs at all and you cannot feel it pulling (even when turning wheel), theres no judder at any time through the steering wheel but the noise is horrendous.

I changed my pads and it made no difference.

I have had warped, ungrooved discs in the past and they just squealed and rubbed. Do drilled grooved discs make the noises above when warped ?

Can cracks in the drill holes, which when rubbed over with my finger cannot really be fealt, cause lots of noises as above or could I have another problem ?

Should I keep driving it like it ?

Ta.

I had the bushes and suspension checked back and front by subaru 6 months ago and there are no vibrations or rumbles at any speed until the wheel is turned. It does not click like a cv joint.

The steering wheel is firm and the car handles well down lanes at high speeds.

Other than inspeaction are there any other symptoms or tests that I can do to check the bearings and bushes ?

Thanks.

If you are doing track days and bracking hard for to long the disks will over heat and crack when cooling down. Also the heat will go into the wheel bearing and melt the grease which will knacker the bearing and probably the hub to.
