My local Subaru dealer has some decent kit. Have you tried yours?
You don't say what the problem is but if I were you I'd make the pilgrimage down to Powerstation in Cheltenham (sorry, no contact details to hand). They will set your tracking to incredible accuracy, have a definitive answer to any geometry questions you might have, and also remove the bump steer - a highly recommended mod. About £115 quid all in, as I recall.
