Question Brakes Classic

I have fitted Group N discs and Ferodo DS2500 pads at the front end of my MY00. It has Goodridge hoses and new fluid.

All this leaves the rears as standard and my question is do I need DS2500 at the rear, or does standard pad do the job?

Can anyone recommend Blueprint/ ADL 'standard' rear discs?

Thanks

what exactly are you using your car for and how "hard" do you drive??
normally you would run the same pad material front and rear to keep the 'balance' designed in to the sytem!! particuarly important if you are doing trackdays or competing, however, in road use you can normally get away with being a grade down on the rear with no ill effects.......................
this does depend on your driving style and is a generalisation!!
the pad material has more bearing on your braking effort rather than the style/make of discs in general!!

Thanks Alyn

No trackdays but three warnings from my passenger (wife) tonight on a trip back from Brighton

I think, based on your thoughts, the safe route would be to even things up with Ferodos all round...
