Question 04 sti uk alloy wheels ( wat they wrth )

hi, can any one give me an idea as to how much these wheels are worth, i want to put gold 18" prodrive ff7 `s on my motor, a local lad with a classic has said he would like the 17"s of mine but i dont know what to ask for them, they are 1 month old and have just done 1 thousand miles, they are effectively just like brand new. any help appreiciated.

Aren't they the wrong tyre size for a classic?

They won't fit his classic with the standard tyres on the 17" wheels (they're 225/45/17) and he'll need 215/40/17 preferably, your wheels will rub on his arches with those tyres!

I got £350 for my alloys (without tyres) - so if you want to sell your wheels to him, you might have to sell the tyres seperately.

If your selling all together, look for £500 and over (depending on if they're in 100% condition with the tyres having barely been worn in)

I thought about selling mine but new wheels with new tyres have to be worth more than 500 notes! So I kept them, I will probably put them back on the car when I sell it and sell the PF7's and tyres seperately.
Good choice of wheel, dont buy the wheel and tyre package its too expensive, join SIDC and you can get at least 10 % (I got more off mine) then do a deal on tyres, I bought the latest F1's and think they are unbelievable.

Don't forget that the STi wheels are 7.5" wide. Therefore you'd need a 215/45/17 tyre to achieve the same rolling circle as standard tyres for a classic.
