Anybody tries these yet ?
I need some new tyres ASAP 215/40/17" for RB5
Have t1-s at the moment but looking for some thing new ?
Best price I have found yet is 84.00 each from Camskill so £366.00 inc vat and delivery.

They have a few good right ups- meant to be much better in wet than T1s and better in dry as well. I'm looking as well. Camskill is the best deal to date although black circle were pretty close.

Thanks surfer boy
I am going to check AAtyre fit ( just for a laugh !)
The TS-1 we ok, but did find then not great in the wet.
Hopefully order some today as the car is illegal and drives like is on 3 wheels !!
I post when I have ordered etc.

According to mytyres reviews, the Potenza RE050's are loads better than the Toyo and even the F1's. Apart from superb wet and dry handling, they last much longer, which must be a big plus. Been running P Zero's but not impressed in the wet at all!! I'll be going for the RE050's and that's my twopenny worth!

I had RE050`s on before..very good tyre.
Lots of dry grip and very predicable.Wet grip was good.
T1R`s seemed a bit sketchy the other night... it was very bad weather though.
I`ll see how they perform after 500 miles or so.

Have them on my 01 WRX and have previously had T1-S's and Goodyear F1's and without a doubt the T1-R's are the best out of the bunch.Wet grip is fantastic as too is dry grip.I didn't really rate the T1-S's that much as preferred the F1's but T1-R is the way to go.Mine cost £125 per corner for 225/40x18 (Apparently, the usual price is £143 but the tyre place had em on offer at the time as they'd just come out)
Good luck
