Question new disks-URGENT!

I have to replace my front disks today (bugger)...do I stick with OEM parts or go for bling after market grooved type things?

its a MY00 wagon running around 250bhp...

I bought replacement items from SAP motors.com - £90 a pair and mine stops perfectly fine. Also bought Adspec pads for £30 - bit dusty but fine for me and mines TEK2'd to about 260ish (MY00)

Or go mad for grooved etc. I beleive the biggest improvement is disc diameter. I've only just changed to 17" so next time discs need doing I can go large!

Go for the Godspeed 335 GroupBuy [ If you can wait & have 17'' wheels or larger ! ]. Really depends how you drive and how much you want to spend. If you dont do track days or drive hard on the brakes I'd go for the discs from SAP

thanks all, but due to time constraints (meeting in Reading tomorrow at 08:30!), I have gone for all OEM parts and even tho they are not fully bedded in they feel significantly better than the EBC redstuff pads that were on there...I'll be looking for some Alcon's (lovely anthracite PD7's already in place), once I’ve had my remap tho!!!

Cheers,
ian
