215s are obviously wider, and slightly taller. 1.6% in theory. So they'll fit, and speedo error won't be effected much. But please don't fit sh1te rubber to a fast car

Forgot to add, don't fit different sizes front-to-rear - you'll need four new ones. The diffs won't like it and it'll handle like a pig.

Im considering getting 215/50R16's for my legacy, trouble is there quite hard to get hold of. I would go for the wider tyre if you can. I'm upgrading mine from 205/60R15's!
