Need Help finding new F/R pads & Disc's MY00

Gents,

Could any of your help a new scooby owner find what pads and disc's I need for MY00 uk classic 4-pots (subaru)

My brakes now feel terrible, both sets of pads (F/R) are nearly down to the metal and both F/R Disc's have seen better days

Would be happy with after market products (x-drilled/groved), but I'm not really sure what to go for! (godspeed/ect)

Its got to be done so I'm at the forum's merci/advise

Any help on where to buy from and what price to pay is gratefully received :0)

Generally just for normal road use, running on 17" standard pro-drive's
