New EBC Pads = Bad Whining noise....help!!

okay, just fitted some EBC red pads on my STI V2, it was fine when i bed in the pads, but after around 250mile, the brake produces some whining noise when i brake from say 50above-20mph... the noise decrease as the speed slows... its really annoying,

anyone knows whats happening??

yes grooved discs, but the sound wasnt there before i changed the pads??

I would say that the noise may well reduce as the pads wear. Also the pads may be a diff compound from the last ones.

I have grooved discs and experienced whining under heavy braking also

so the noise will go once the pads wears off??? will this damage my brake system or its normal?
