Spring clip over fron brake calipers

Just founf out one of the spring clips (the one that pushes the pads but hooks on to the two pins) is missing.
Dont know how long its been like this but Subaru is not opened until Monday.
Is this gonna kill me?

nah mate, you dont even need them, they are there to stop them rattling and to stop them squealing.
I personnally like to use them though, and when I change pads I change discs aswell, and give the whole brake caliper and system a good clean with brake cleaner, good brakes are important on a scooby
