Recently obtained a set of STI9 Brembo's front and rear with a view to fitting to my 53 plate WRX. Appreciate the discs won't fit but is everything else compatible?
1. Will I need to replace the original hoses and if so which type should I go for?
2. Is it a big job bleeding the system and changing the calipers etc? (I am a novice!)
3. Should I let the dealer carry out the work and will it be expensive?
Any help would be most appreciated!

If you are using std WRX wheels then you will need to replace these! The STI wheels have more room behind the spokes ![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
As far as I know the Fronts will bolt straight on using the STI disc (the WRX one will be too small).
The rears may be more of a problem
The STI uses different rear hubs so you may need a bracket making to suit the caliper mounting.
I'm not sure what conection the Brembo calipers use for the hoses, but if you have the hoses from the STI they will fit.
If you know how to use a spanner you can fit the front calipers. If you arern't sure take it to a dealer or an independent Scooby specialist. They will be able to see if the rears would fit and tell you what is required.
It's not worth getting it wrong
