correct offset??????

Red face correct offset??????

hi
help needed,i currently have uk my99,its got 17"s on it with toyo 215/40/17 and a set of rock hard coilovers dropped 35mm.
Will a set of 17"s with +43 offset fit or not as i havent got a clue and have been told yes,and then another party no????
Totally confused and any help would be appreciated

nothing less than 48 offset the site shows

depends on the width of the 17" rim, but i would have thought that you will have clearance problems with that combination
