Default Tyre Question

The front tyres on my standard MY98 classic need replacing.

ATM it has Pirelli P6000's all the way round and I don't want to go with them again.

I am looking at something like Toyo T1-R's as a replacement, I am a bit low on cash ATM and these get good reviews especially for the money.

The back wheels still have a reasonable amount of life in them, but will be replaced with whatever I get for the front when needed.

Will I get any handling problems with having T1-R on the front and P6000 on the back, any worse than having P6000's all round that is.

I've got Goodyear Eagle F1's on mine at the mo, and they're wearing a bit thin. I posted a similar post a week or so ago. The majority said stick with the F1's. They ain't too cheap, but help keep you on the road. Which has got to be a good thing

I would go for the Eagle F1's or the Toyo T1R's

But as i said in another post check with these internet companies before ordering.

I was about to order 2 tyres from mytyres but thought i'd ring before placing the order. They didn't have any in stock, and had no idea when they would get any, despite saying they were available on their website.

Thanks for the answers guys, I'll check the availability.

Would I get problems from having T1-Rs on teh front and P6000s on teh back? At least until they wear out?

Depending where you live I have a tyre place that sold me 4 Goodyear F1 Eagles for £315 fully fitted and on the road , i don't know of anywhere that can sell tyres at this price in the south .
