How long and easy is it to change brake pads for a 4 pot caliper set up.

If you've changed other pads before they're one of the easiest.

Just remember to copper grease the backs of the pads and refit anti squeel shims if possible (note how they're fitted before removing)..

Very easy. Just remove the pins and slide out the pads. You may have to push the piston back slightly to remove them.

Watch you don't overflow master cylinder when pushing pistons back.

Apolgies for hi-jacking - changing my pads next week (if I ever decide on which ones... ) but do you put copper grease onto the shims as well ?

Thanks in advance

Put on a light skim of high melt grease every where except for the pad face.
