Default squeaking noise

I have recently fitted some new wheels and tyres to my v3 sti (sting 17" with yokohama parada spec2 tyres 215/40/17 from scoobyparts) and at the weekend used the car for a runout halfway round my runout i get a squeaking noise which gradually gets louder so i came home and checked the brakes for stones and gave them a real good clean put it back together 10 mins down the road starts again i have swapped tyres from from front to back and still there people have said the following

Brakes (checked)
tyres to tight on rims
wheel bearing because of extra load

the noise is like a squeaky rattling noise

has anyone experienced this and what was the cause??

cheers

tony
