brake upgrade for a 1998 tubo
Hi guys,
I am about to upgrade the brakes on my 98 turbo. I am pretty much certain what front brakes i will get but the rears have left me with a bit of a dilema.
The wheels will be 17x8 ET44 (5x100) ( i take it these will fit??) and i doubt i will need anything bigger than 4 pots, but i have no idea what to get?
I will be after a complete kit (discs, pads, calipers etc etc) does anyone have any suggestions along with prices.
The car will be used mainly on the road but will get some trakday abuse on a fairly regular basis.
Any help grately appreciated,
Chris

Most folk don't bother with the rears, but if you're going to do trackdays, then two-pots will be good.
You could source some STi rear Brembo's from an 02-05 car, then use the Godspeed kit to fit them.
Or even use the two pot Subaru rears from 99-02 cars.
I'd suggest contacting Alyn at ASPerformance, or Ian at Godspeed.
