Falken FK452 seem to be a better choice.

well out of the two youve asked for ive been given good advice on both of these however a car a did look at in the past had prada spec 2's and the owner said in the wet there not that good, but then again toyos are a good all round wet and dry tyre

falkens are also very good for the money

I’ve had 4 parada spec 2’s on mine for 5 months and nothing to complain about, in the dry their spot on and in the wet they also seem fine. I do wonder how they will cope in the wet when there worn down due to the lack of tread on the outside. It would be interesting to see what people think of them when they need replacing.

I would recomend the T1-R's just as they wear a bit better than the Parada Spec 2's and have better handling especialy when there a bit worn

I had the T1R's on my last scoob, Paradas on this car. I prefer the Paradas, but my current car has a better suspension setup, so not a fair comparison i spose.

I've got T1R's on a BMW track car, and my classic. A great tyre, and I got them for £260 fitted for 4 from Black circle last year!

Yes they are good in the dry and almost no difference in the wet. However I find that they are a match for standing water.

They only time I have EVER aquaplaned on toyos, was a sweeping 60mph corner with adverse camber, and the water was flowing across the road.

So overall very good rubber, and cheap too!
